How It Works

  1. Email steve@totherescue.co with your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and a quick note about what went wrong.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back — we'd rather you donate an unwanted item to a local rescue or shelter.
  3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund right away — your choice.
